To bring transparency to the harm/abuse that has occurred in Ethnos360/New Tribes Mission, Collateral Damage 360 now has a section dedicated to the organization's leadership. These leaders had the opportunity to set the tone for what would and would not be accepted in Ethnos360. These leaders could have communicated care and prioritized member and missionary kid safety and well-being, but decades later, organizational reputation has been and remains preeminent. Many of these leaders were considered friends and even family of MKs who experienced harm, but as soon as accountability and action were requested, those harmed became the enemy, secondary to leadership's goals. This is a tragic pattern we have heard over and over again. To understand how Ethnos360/New Tribes Mission is where it is today, we must understand the men who led, and many who continue to lead, the organization. With time, the intention is a write-up for each leader with information on their participation in child safety or lack thereof. These are the stories of Ethnos360/New Tribes Mission leadership.
