There are updates in both of the more recent cases filed against Ethnos360. Ethnos360 leadership is selective about what to update their members on and what not to. When a judge dismissed one of the lawsuits in September, they sent out an email seemingly within days, but other updates seem to have been omitted. Here's what is currently available regarding these lawsuits.

The September 2024 lawsuit was dismissed in September 2025. According to the plaintiffs' motion for reconsideration, this order was a result of "procedural defects, factual mischaracterizations, and a misapplication of governing law." The motion for reconsideration was denied, and an appeal has been filed in the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal.

In response to the April 2025 lawsuit, Ethnos360 also filed a motion to dismiss, which was referred to a general magistrate. In early November, the general magistrate recommended that the motion to dismiss be denied for each count: Count I (negligence), Count II (negligent training and supervision), Count III (negligence per se), Count IV (fraud in the inducement), and Count V (vicarious liability).

That is what is publicly available so far. Make sure to check back or subscribe to Substack for more updates regarding these lawsuits.
